Serpentine Cuddle Stone "Past Lives"

3. Emotional: Recoding the reptilian brain.

This may sound a little scary, but it isn’t. The reptilian brain is the oldest part of the human brain. It’s the part from which we originally evolved. It’s all about survival and responding well to stress.
Serpentine heals and restores (recodes) this part of your brain, so that you can deal with pressure and stress adequately and calmly. Karmic contracts are spiritual agreements between you and other souls or entities. Restrictive or liberating bonds that have been forged in previous lives. If two souls have hurt each other, or have loved each other intensely, it may be that in a next life a pattern or karmic debt may be repeated, resolved or redeemed. Do you sometimes recognize that you attract certain types of people, or that you keep ending up in certain situations with people? This can repeat itself in this life, because it has roots in another life. In that other life, an agreement was made out of free will (but not always consciously) to work out a theme together. Sometimes, however, you can also learn the lesson in a different way, or sometimes in this life it is no longer necessary to be intertwined with the karma of another soul due to your own development.

Serpentine also ensures a purification in the karmic contracts, so that you will meet reliable and equal soul mates on your spiritual path who can assist you in a pleasant way in transforming karma and life lessons.

In short, serpentine is an enormously powerful and important gemstone, which can bring a valuable addition and lesson to almost everyone. More grounding, detoxing your body, being consciously in the here and now, working out karma on your terms, saying "yes" to liberating life lessons: Serpentine helps with all these processes. This is how you can best welcome the supportive energy of the mineral into your life:

- cleanse the gemstone in the moonlight, with incense, sage, selenite or another method that suits you.
- determine which of the four points mentioned above is most important to you. There may be more than one.
- take the stone between both hands, bring your hands to your heart, and speak out your intention. For example "I will become better grounded" or "I am open to meeting my twin soul to heal the karma of love".
- bring your hands with your gemstone in them to your forehead for a moment and then even higher, above your head, and imagine that the serpentine is now charging with cosmic power, spiritual light and universal love.
- be grateful for this moment, for your intention, for your connection with the stones, and put your cuddly stone in your pocket, bag or in a pouch.
- carry the stone with you as much and as often as you like, unless you start to feel restless, overwhelmed by emotions or disoriented. Then put the gemstone away until you feel better. At night you can put the serpentine under your pillow, keep in mind that you can have restless (but healing) dreams in that case. If you are open to this and choose this: fine, but it is not necessary, you can also put the stone away at night.
