Selenite & Chakras Charging Set

The selenite rods (you will receive two) can be used to clean all your gemstones. Selenite provides a strong energetic cleansing for raw stones and cuddle stones, but also for bracelets, rings and necklaces that contain gemstones. Place the stones or jewelry on or against it for a night, and they will be as good as new.

Charging Your Chakras with the Seven Chakra Gemstones

Here it gets really interesting! The complete set of seven chakra gemstones allows you to give yourself or someone else a wonderful Chakra Charging session. You place the seven stones on the front or back of the body, so that they work directly on the energy centers. They then give their healing and activating energy directly to the chakras, which provides a wonderful feeling of balance and well-being.

If you are performing the Chakra Charging session on yourself, place the stones on the front of your body. So you are lying on your back.
If you do it with someone else, you can also place the stones on the back, along the spine. People then lie on their stomach, and some people find that more pleasant and relaxing than on the back.

Chakra 1: Grounding and health (jasper)
Front: Place the red jasper gemstone between your slightly spread thighs on the surface you are lying on
Back: place the red jasper stone on the tail

Chakra 2: Security, emotions and sensuality (carnelian)
Front: place the orange carnelian on the belly
Back: Place the carnelian in the middle of the lower back

Chakra 3: Personal power, charisma and boundaries (yellow jasper or calcite*)
Obverse: Place the yellow jasper or calcite on the stomach
Back: Place the stone in the middle of the spine at the level of where the stomach is at the front
*depending on stock and availability you will receive one of these types, the effect and influence on the third chakra is the same.

Chakra 4: Love, trust and positivity (aventurine)
Obverse: Place the green aventurine in the middle of the heart region
Back: place the aventurine in the middle of the back at the level of the back of the heart

Chakra 5: Self-esteem, expression and courage (lapis lazuli)
Obverse: Place the blue lapis lazuli in the hollow of the neck
Back: Place the blue gemstone in the neck

Chakra 6: Wisdom and intuition (amethyst)
Obverse: Place the amethyst on the forehead
Back: Place the amethyst on the back of your head

Chakra 7: Spirituality and Life Lessons
Front and back: place the rock crystal just above the head, close to the crown, on the surface you are lying on

• Place the stones on the body with attention, respect and very carefully
• Let the stones release their healing energy for 5-10 minutes
• Take a calm and deep breath, be aware of what you feel and think, with an open heart and open mind, without judgement and expectations. Relax and enjoy
• Then calmly remove them from the body and place them on the selenite angel stone so that they can be energetically cleaned
• Drink a large glass of water to help yourself get rid of negative energy and waste products

During the Chakra Charging session, the energy centers in your body absorb the positive power of the gemstones. This feels wonderful!
