Lepidolite is not a very well-known stone, you will not often find it in stone shops. It is literally and figuratively a fairly soft gemstone.
This lepidolite pendant is worn during the day against mental exhaustion, overstimulation and to break a negative thought cycle. The stone helps you to keep calm during the day and not to be too busy in your head. This is good for your night's sleep.

Reset your mind!

Place the lepidolite pendant under your pillow or on your bedside table at night. If you are very busy in your head, place the pendant on your forehead chakra, the third eye in the middle of your forehead, for three minutes before going to sleep. This calms the senses even more and helps directly with an overactive mind.
