Guide to the Chakra Affirmations
Wear the bracelet on the wrist of the arm where you prefer to wear a bracelet. It doesn't matter if it's your left or right arm. As long as it feels good!
Now, with the thumb and index finger of your other hand, take hold of one bead at a time, starting with the red carnelian bead. Say the affirmation for the first chakra three times: the first time out loud, the second time whispering, the third time in your mind. This helps to anchor the universal truth of the affirmation in your subconscious, so that the affirmation can become reality. Then you move on to the second bead, and so on. Repeat the entire cycle preferably seven times, so that you say all seven affirmations seven times three. So you go from the red to the purple bead seven times.
