The power of Lizardite.
This bright green stone is found in Norway, it is also called Norwegian Jade. Lizardite has four characteristic effects on different levels, all of which have to do with past lives, karmic contracts and consciously choosing to be fully present in this life.
1. Physical: This gemstone keeps you grounded!
Lizardite is the most powerful grounding stone there is. Wear this stone, and it will be hard to stay in your head: lizardite lets you experience gravity by pulling you down to the Earth, as it were, by your feet.
The positive effects on your body are: detoxification, improved blood circulation, good sense of motor skills/balance and a proper distribution of breathing and vital life force over all your organs.
2. Mental: consciously choosing life here on earth.
This is especially good for people who are highly sensitive or are very busy with spiritual development. In order to experience and integrate pure light, unconditional love and spiritual wisdom well, it is necessary to consciously choose life here on Earth. Because this is your learning school. This life, this planet, the people around you, your body: this is what you have to deal with. Lizardite helps you to consciously say "YES" to this life, here and now.
3. Emotional: Recoding the reptilian brain.
This may sound a little scary, but it isn’t. The reptilian brain is the oldest part of the human brain. It’s the part from which we originally evolved. It’s all about survival and responding well to stress.
Lizardite heals and restores (recodes) this part of your brain, so that you can deal with pressure and stress adequately and calmly. It helps you to tune in from within to the primal force of life on earth and to be able to assess situations correctly. This provides a safe feeling and can also remove a lot of unrest. Lizardite increases your knowledge of people and your art of living in this way.
4. Spiritual: Dissolving karmic contracts.
Karmic contracts are spiritual agreements between you and other souls or entities. Restrictive or liberating bonds that have been forged in previous lives. If two souls have hurt each other, or have loved each other intensely, it may be that in a next life a pattern or karmic debt may be repeated, resolved or redeemed. Do you sometimes recognize that you attract certain types of people, or that you keep ending up in certain situations with people? This can repeat itself in this life, because it has roots in another life. In that other life, an agreement was made out of free will (but not always consciously) to work out a theme together. Sometimes, however, you can also learn the lesson in a different way, or sometimes in this life it is no longer necessary to be intertwined with the karma of another soul due to your own development.
Lizardite ensures that from this moment on you can consciously choose which karmic contracts you "give back" to those involved, and which are still needed for your development. Lizardite also ensures a purification in the karmic contracts, so that you will meet reliable and equal soul mates on your spiritual path who can assist you in a pleasant way in transforming karma and life lessons.
In short, Lizardite is an incredibly powerful and important gemstone, which can bring a valuable addition and lesson to almost everyone. More grounding, detoxing your body, being consciously in the here and now, working out karma on your terms, saying "yes" to liberating life lessons: Lizardite helps with all these processes. This is how you can best welcome the supportive energy of the mineral into your life:
- cleanse the bracelet in the moonlight, with incense, sage, Reiki or selenite.
- determine which of the four points mentioned above is most important to you. There may be more than one.
- take the bracelet between both hands, bring your hands to your heart, and speak out your intention. For example "I will become better grounded" or "I am open to meeting my twin soul to heal the karma of love".
- bring your hands with your bracelet in them to your forehead for a moment and then even higher, above your head, and imagine that the bracelet is now charged with cosmic power, spiritual light and universal love.
- be grateful for this moment, for your intention, for your connection with the stones, and put on your bracelet.
- wear the bracelet as much and as often as you like, unless you start to feel restless, overwhelmed by emotions or disoriented. Then take the bracelet off until you feel better. At night you can put the bracelet under your pillow, keep in mind that you may have restless (but healing) dreams in that case. - clean the stones every other day or more often (follow your feeling)
- take a close look at yourself, your connections with the people in your life and how you feel inside. What is changing? What do you think about a lot? What do you remember?
